Hi Sue, On the Kellogg's Website in promotions is a form for the $3 rebate for the DVD Scooby Doo! The Mystery Begins. However, the address for requesting this rebate wasn't there with the form. I e-mailed kellogg's from their Website & just got this response from them. I've already e-mailed the Kellogg's staffer to thank them for their response to me. Virginia Ann Senyk
