The first text (actually the ONLY text for a very LONG time) I read about couponing and refunding,was, of course, Cashing in at the Checkout.
Imagine my great joy at finding you on an "on demand/Mag-rack featurette" on my AT&T cable service.
It was like seeing a longtime friend again!
I have ordered your DVD about couponing and am in the process of gathering funds to become a full member in coupon select.
My question (and I do have one) is about Refunding. I never, really conquered the refunding mountain. I find myself wanting to give it another go, and need to re-educate myself on basics.
Do you have a dvd specifically for refunding? If not, where can I find information on organizing and storing refunding materials?

Thank you for all the nice things you said. Now to attach the question of refunds.

Refunding takes an extra step. You usually have to send away, including a proof of purchase and sometimes a cash register receipt. It's more time-consuming but can net you good rewards.

Some places to check quickly for refunds are a few sites like:
Kelloggs.com
Staples.com
Hersheys.com

and if you send me your email, I can send you a document with about 100 printable offers. (That goes for anyone else too).

Also check the bulletin board under freebies and refunds for additional postings.
