Cap Recycling

Hi Sue,

We all know about recycling #1 & #2 plastics as much as possible. But hardly any recycling venue will take the hard plastic screw on caps from those #1 & #2 plastic bottles or jars. it jams up their machines. Aveda Stores will now recycle those caps & turn them into new caps & bottles for their products. Just take your collection of caps into any Aveda Store. If you don't have one near you, you can mail in your collection. Send the caps to Aveda caps, ACA Waste Services, 40 Eads St., Babylon, NY 11704. This information was in a Daily Press Newspaper article dealing with the pros & cons of buying bottled water. Virginia Ann Senyk
