off - plus they have other Penney merchandise there. Normally they will only have about 20 items, but you have to see the prices..some stuff is priced so low, it's like they are giving it away! So go to JC Penney's site, and then click OUTLET in the upper right..that will take you to the page with the WEDNESDAY DEALS link. It's usually on the bottom left. I'm giving this 5 out of 5 exclamation points because it's such a good deal!
